I am Nikdogers, I am the Head of the Diplomatic divisions of the Straw Hat Pirates, and i would like to extend an olive branch, a message of good faith, and an attempt to open up talks for a possible alliance between our Organizations so that we can explore and travel the Vast universes together and safely. We are looking to expand our alliances and to make this a better universe for all of our members and all members of other organizations. My pleasure! We are excited to meet you and all your closest friends. As you know, we take hole installation very seriously. Many of us have been practicing at it for years, and are very good at getting the job done. We have a huge variety of services to offer your organization, including, but not limited to high-vee kinetic and explosive rounds, laser beams, neutron bolts, and for extra-large holes, we often use IR or deadfire missiles.
We have recently been considering branching out into other fields like prisoner aquisitions and transportation, raider ship demolition, and custom ventilation systems for pirate pressure suits. Most of us, however, feel that we should stick with the basics, since we have a great deal of experience in that field. Anything's possible. We may see some of these markets growing faster than others, in the near future. As I'm sure you can imagine, we don't want to limit ourselves to one small field, if it means that we are losing out on business opportunities.
Any or all of your guildmates are more than welcome to sample our wares, and as I said, we take special interest in people who harm innocent men, women, and children. We would greatly appreciate the names of any members you have who tend to focus in that field, so that we can be sure to offer them our services ASAP.

As I've not heard from you further, I can only assume that you are uninterested in our services. I deeply enjoyed our discussion, but I do understand if you've decided to decline our offer. My intent has never been to have fun at your expense. I am sure you can understand why I was so shocked at being approached by a pirate organization, after reading more about the Reapers and what we do.
Would you be offended if I shared these few private letters with the 'verse at large? I am sure that a lot of other people would enjoy our discussion as well, but again, not at your expense.

I am very sorry to hear of your recent illness, and I'm glad to hear that you're feeling better, mister Dogers.
In all honesty, given the nature of our occupation, the only thing we need from you are the worst scum and villains of the 'verse, so that we can put large holes in their anatomy, and collect sizeable bounties. Do you have any volunteers? Please let me know, so that we can arrange a meeting! Many of my organization's members are keenly looking forward to conducting business with you in the near future.
Mind you, the Reapers are not interested in low-profile smugglers, or tax-evaders. We are after the worst sort of offenders; those who traffic in human lives and the suffering of others. Any help you can offer us in eliminating this scourge of the 'verse will always be appreciated.
If you don't mind me saying so, I am very surprised to hear that you are anxious to avail yourselves of our hole installation services, but we've got lots of fine ships and talented pilots standing by to meet your needs. If you supply the villains, we will do our best to see that they are promptly and properly ventilated.

This is an invitation to join a private social network of assassins, bounty hunters and killers. This organization is not structured and it is not a guild. It is a network of like-minded players offering a service and getting paid for doing what they already love to do. It is a place for all of us to get in touch and stay in touch with each other without needing to form a single structured organization or needing to follow any rules. It is purely a resource.
I am currently secretly affiliated with most of the game's largest organizations (my organization memberships are capped out on two accounts). My aim is to provide you with jobs through my contacts. How it works is simple. When one of my contacts needs somebody dealt with I send out a call to all willing participants. First within this organization and then other affiliates (if necessary). Rewards are offered on a first kill basis. Whoever eliminates the target gets paid.
For our employers this offers the best possible response at the lowest possible cost. For those of us who respond, this offers the most potential pay. For a talented killer, this could be mean a lot of money. Our lifestyle is a competitive one so I assume that won't be an issue for any of us. Take only the jobs you want. Ignore the ones you don't.
The game is still a long ways off. There is a lot of wait and see. But I believe, and I think you will agree, that a social network of skilled killers is going to be more effective than any in-game bounty system. To that end, I am only seeking out the more dedicated assassins and bounty hunters - not traders who sometimes hunt bounties. That is why I have contacted you. I can offer you more jobs than anybody else. And by working together, we can succeed against larger threats.

hell yea it is... I thought the Bengal was the biggest. looks like the vanduul have a boarding ship that is slightly larger than the cutlass.... hope we can capture some of those for the Org.
